Private Limited Liability Company Nter Asset Management, Company code 111707985, registered address Jogailos g. 9A, Vilnius (hereinafter – the Company, we) is a licensed management company providing collective investment undertaking (investment funds and investment companies) management services. Through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy), we aim to ensure that you are aware of to whom you are providing your personal data, who is responsible for its collection and storage, what information we collect and why, how long we retain it, what rights you have with respect to your personal data and how you may exercise them, and how you may seek redress if you believe that the processing of your personal data is unlawful and/or that your rights have been infringed.

Personal data is any information we collect about a natural person that may be used to identify that person and is stored electronically or by other means.

When making more significant amendments to the Privacy Policy, we will endeavour to take additional steps to draw your attention to the changes (we will publish a notice discussing the amendments to the Privacy Policy, notify you of the fact of the amendments via a separate information banner on the website, etc.).
