Principles of
investment

Idea

The Fund’s purpose is to invest in businesses compliant with bank financing requirements, and RE projects that have been denied financing due to technical issues.

Philosophy

Investment in the debt of businesses and RE projects that we’d be happy to invest in ourselves. We see ourselves as a fixed-income partner, not a creditor.

Geography

The Fund’s target market is Lithuania and the broader Baltic region. The Fund also reserves the right to invest in several Central and Eastern European countries.

Diversification

The fund has a portfolio of 16 bonds diversified across sectors, bond maturities, and risk (Senior vs. Junior).
